Introduction

Neon54 Sports Betting Rules govern all bets placed on sports and related markets. They define eligible bets, settlement, refunds, and account controls to ensure fairness and integrity.

General Rules

• Eligibility and age: Bets are open to persons who meet Neon54's age and identity verification requirements in their jurisdiction.
• Minimum and maximum bets: The minimum stake is 1 EUR. Maximum bet limits apply per sport, market and regulatory jurisdiction; the amount shown at bet placement is the applicable limit.
• Odds and settlement: All bets are settled on decimal odds, regardless of the display format in your account.
• Parlays and combined bets: We do not accept bets where components affect each other within a single parlay unless the product supports it (e.g., Bet Builder). If such bets are accepted, they may be canceled or settled as per these rules.
• Bet validation: Bets are binding once accepted; customers cannot cancel or change a bet after confirmation. The operator may void bets for reasons including fraud, mispricing or errors.
• In-play or live bets: Live bets are accepted during events with unsettled outcomes. Live odds change in real time and will be used for settlement based on official results unless stated otherwise in the market.
• Official results and data: Settlements rely on official results from the governing body or event organizer. If official data is unavailable, Neon54 may settle using independent data or in-house statistics.

Bet Settlement and Corrections

• Official results: Where available, Neon54 uses the official result for settlement. In cases where official results are delayed or unpublishable, Neon54 may delay settlement or rely on corroborated data.
• Errors and price corrections: If a market price is obviously incorrect, Neon54 reserves the right to void or correct the bet and re-settle as appropriate.
• Post-event adjustments: If a result is revised by the governing body after settlement, Neon54 reserves the right to re-settle the affected bets.
• Void events: If a market is voided, affected bets are cancelled and stakes refunded.

Cash Out and Bet Builder

Cash Out is available on selected bets in Neon54 at applicable terms. Cash Out options, where offered, are subject to active promotions, account status, and risk controls. Bet Builder is available where stated and follows its dedicated rules, including restrictions on interdependent selections per event.

Live Betting Rules

• Acceptance and settlement: Live bets are accepted on events in-play where outcomes remain undecided. Settlements follow the final official result; in-play statistics may be used if supported by the market rules.
• Timing: Bets close at the advertised start time of the event or when the market is suspended. Some markets allow bets after events commence; in such cases, settlement is according to the official result.
• Abandonment and interruption: If an event is abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours, unresolved live bets may be voided. If the event resumes and completes within the time frame, bets stand or are settled accordingly.
• Disputes: Claims related to live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start; otherwise the matter may be declined.
• Fraud and integrity: Neon54 may suspend settlements or block accounts if there are concerns about integrity or manipulation.

Best Practices and Disputes

Disputes relating to bets should be submitted via Neon54 customer support within 7 days after the event start. Neon54 will review and respond per internal policy. In the absence of consistent information, Neon54 may rely on internal statistics to settle bets.

Types of Bets

• Single: A bet on a single outcome.
• Multiple: A bet on multiple independent events; all selections must win for payout.
• System: A portfolio of multiple bets where payouts depend on predefined subsets; each subset is settled separately.
• Conditional: A chain bet where only the first part is paid; subsequent parts are funded from winnings of the main part; if the main part fails, all conditional bets lose.
• Restrictions: It is prohibited to include events from the same match in Multiple or System bets; such bets may be refunded if detected.

Outright and Special Markets

Outright markets are settled based on final standings. Dead heats are resolved by distributing stakes according to the number of winners and applying the odds at the moment of settlement. Should a market be offered on a non-participating selection, it may be treated as a loss for the participant.

Abandonment, Postponement, and Venue Changes

Neon54 reserves the right to void bets where events are abandoned, postponed beyond a defined window, or where opposition changes occur, unless a winner is declared or the event completes within the stated window.

Responsible Gaming and Compliance

Neon54 supports responsible gaming and maintains controls to monitor activity, including temporary blocks or restrictions on accounts suspected of improper behavior. Users must comply with age verification and anti-fraud checks as required by applicable law in their jurisdiction.
