1. General Terms

These Terms govern Neon54’s provision of gaming and wagering services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Neon54 platform you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Neon54 may amend these Terms at any time; amendments take effect upon posting and your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Neon54 and you in relation to the Services and supersede any prior agreements or representations. In case of inconsistency between any other materials and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

Neon54 may require proof of identity and age before permitting participation in the Services. Neon54 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Services in response to any unresolved issues or suspected non-compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create and maintain an account you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you must comply with all applicable laws. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, and you must maintain that information current. Neon54 may suspend or terminate an account if false information is provided, or if activities violate these Terms, policies, or applicable law.

3. Account Security and Responsible Use

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Do not disclose your username, password, or other access details to any third party, including minors. You must promptly notify Neon54 of any suspected compromise. Neon54 may require interim measures or account restrictions to protect users and the integrity of the Services.

4. Wagering and Gameplay

Wagering must be funded from funds that are available in your Neon54 account. All wagers are deemed valid once confirmed by Neon54 and may be subject to final adjudication by Neon54 in the event of a dispute or error. Neon54 maintains records of wagers and transactions and reserves the right to correct any errors related to wagers, settlements, or balances. Winnings may be withheld or adjusted pending investigation of any suspected irregularity or breach of these Terms.

5. Automatic Play, Tampering and Prohibited Conduct

Automatic playing, use of third-party software, manipulation of software, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access or advantage is strictly prohibited. Any such conduct may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of prizes and deposits, and may subject you to civil or criminal action. If you become aware of any software errors or vulnerabilities, you must promptly notify Neon54 in writing. Neon54 shall not be liable for damages arising from tampering, exploitation of errors, or unauthorized access.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

• The default wagering requirement for promotions is 20 times the sum of the deposit and bonus, unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion Terms.
• Only eligible wagers contribute to turnover, and certain product categories may count at reduced rates or be excluded, as specified in the Promotion Terms.
• Promotions are limited to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly allowed by Neon54.
• If a withdrawal is requested prior to satisfying the applicable turnover, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Neon54 reserves the right to request sufficient identity and payment information to verify eligibility for a promotion. Misuse, abuse, or systematic arbitrage may lead to withholding, cancellation, or reclaiming of the promotion and related winnings, and an administration charge may be applied.

7. Withdrawals and Payments

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures. Neon54 may request information such as proof of identity, payment method documents, and address verification before processing withdrawals. If the requested documents are not provided or do not meet the verification standards, Neon54 may void or withhold winnings.

• Winnings will normally be credited to the payment method used for the deposits or another method chosen by Neon54, in accordance with Neon54’s Payment Policy.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing times and any applicable fees, are defined in Neon54’s Payment Policy and promo-specific terms.
• Neon54 may apply anti-fraud measures and, where permitted, offset amounts to recover losses from fraudulent activity or to comply with legal requirements.

8. Taxes and Financial Reporting

You are solely responsible for determining and reporting any taxes or duties arising from winnings or earnings derived from using the Services, and for complying with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction. Neon54 shall comply with applicable withholding or reporting obligations as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Neon54 platform, including software, graphics, text, and logos, are owned by Neon54 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Neon54 content without express written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Neon54 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which governs collection, use, and disclosure of information. By using the Services you consent to such processing. Neon54 may share information with affiliates, service providers, and as required by law, subject to the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to enhance functionality and user experience.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon54 and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Neon54 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaims liability for any losses resulting from system failures, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes Neon54’s liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to Terms; Termination

Neon54 may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting and will apply to existing and new accounts. Neon54 may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that Neon54 reasonably considers inappropriate or harmful to other users or the integrity of the Services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neon54 holds its operating license. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Know Your Customer (Identity Verification)

Neon54 may conduct KYC checks and AML screening in accordance with applicable laws. You may be required to provide documents such as government-issued identification, proof of address, and other information to verify identity, age, and source of funds. Neon54 may delay or restrict services pending completion of such checks.

15. Notices and Customer Support

Any notices under these Terms will be provided by Neon54 through electronic communications or in-platform messages. For questions, concerns, or support requests, contact Neon54’s Support Team via the available channels in the Services.

16. Restricted Territories

Access to the Services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. If you reside in a territory where the Services are not permitted, you must not access or use the Neon54 platform. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location.

17. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Neon54 regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
• Waiver and Assignment: A failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Neon54 may assign or novate its rights under these Terms without notice.
• Force Majeure: Neon54 shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
